Route Optimisation Panel Setup

Paneldes requires you to input data you wish to analyse. You must have this data prepared before the route optimisation process can analyse it.

TIP: Before running routing functions, remove all of the route envelope construction.

Panel preparation

You must have created a panel model including all duct/raceway and electrical equipment. Your duct network must conform to the wire connection distances that you have defined. i.e. Try to avoid unintentional connection of components and duct [due to proximity] and try to avoid missing connections.
You may have multiple panel drawings associated with the same project and route each individually. See How to route wires on multiple panel models.
Try to avoid LOOPING in your duct network [This takes longer to calculate!]. i.e. Try to design an ARTERIAL network.
