How to Change the Visible Database Fields

Hiding Fields

Procedure

1. Select the columns you wish to hide

2. Select Hide Columns from the Context Menu or Edit Menu.

Showing Fields

Procedure

1. Select Show Hidden Columns from the Context Menu or Edit Menu.

2. The Database Columns dialog box will appear

   

3. Tick the database fields you wish to be displayed and un-tick the fields you wish to hide

   • Select All will make all fields visible

   • Select None will hide all fields
