How to Add and Delete Records
Add New Records
Procedure
Select one or more records starting from the position where you want to insert the new records.
Select as many records as you wish to insert.
Select Add Records from the Context Menu or Edit Menu.
The new records will be inserted from the start of the selected region.
You may also add a single record by moving to the last record and pressing the ENTER key.
Delete Selected Records
Procedure
Select the records that you wish to delete.
The highlight does not have to extend over all of the fields in a record, for the record to be selected for deletion.
Select Delete Records from the Context Menu or Edit Menu.
The selected records will be completely removed and any records following the selection will be moved up.
