"Modelspace" and "Paperspace" usage

Simple Protogen Projects

When creating simple clones (i.e. not relational) from simple Protogen prototypes, Protogen will preserve your use of AutoCAD's MODELSPACE and PAPERSPACE. i.e. If you have a prototype with entities and formulae in Paperspace, then the clone will also have these entities in Paperspace.

Any Formulae can be placed on MODELSPACE or PAPERSPACE.

Relational Protogen Projects

For the MASTER prototype of a relational project, Protogen will preserve your use of AutoCAD's MODELSPACE and PAPERSPACE.

Any Formulae can be placed on MODELSPACE or PAPERSPACE in a Master prototype.

Protogen inserts SUB prototypes to AutoCAD's "Paperspace" (or "modelspace"), if the anchor point used to locate the sub prototype is in the Paperspace (or respectively "modelspace") of the master prototype.

SUB prototypes may not contain entities in Paperspace. Protogen will ignore any entities in Paperspace on a SUB prototype.

No Formulae can be placed on PAPERSPACE in a Sub prototype.
