How to Shrink of Trench to fit a Ductbank

The Trench Optimiser will automatically shrink the size of a chosen trench to suit the ductbank it currently contains.

Procedure

1. Select Fit Trench to a Ductbank from the Construction menu.

2. Select the trenches that require attention.

3. Paneldes will downsize the trenches accordingly.

The trench optimiser does not modify xreffed trenches.

The "gutter" space between the extremities of the conduits and the new dimensions of the trench is set by the I/M_DuctBankTrenchGutter variable in the [Paneldes] section of the EL32.INI file.
