How to Select a Project

Wiring diagrams can be generated for any Ebase project.

The project currently selected for Ebase and Elecdes will be the default project for the Wiring Diagram Generator. You can change the project from which you will generate wiring diagrams with the following procedure. Changing the project in the Wiring Diagram Generator also changes the current project for Ebase and Elecdes.

Procedure

1. Change to the Main dialog of the Wiring Diagram Generator.

2. Click Select Project at the top of the wiring diagram dialog box.

   A dialog box will be displayed for you to select a project file, *.PRJ.

   In this dialog box you can also choose to select a signals database.

   You may select a project from any directory.

3. Alternatively, you can choose one of your recently used projects from a list by clicking the arrow head button next to the project name.

4. The device list on the wiring diagram dialog box will be loaded with the devices and terminal strips from the selected project.
