How to Set the Text for References to Spare Contacts

General

The Reference to a spare contact, or any other type of subcomponent, shows a fixed text entry in place of the drawing reference. You can change this text to suit your language or customer requirements. The default text is "SPARE".

Procedure

1. Go to the Options tab page.

2. Enter the desired text into the box labelled "Text for spare subcomponents".
