Printing a Batch of Drawings

To print a batch of drawings, at any time, chose PRINT A BATCH OF DRAWINGS from the file menu.

The File Open Dialogue which appears will allow the selection of multiple drawing files using the standard Windows multi-selection keys ( Ctrl + Click for individual selection or Shift + click for a range ).

A restriction on batch printing is that drawings may only be selected from one directory. This restriction requires that any drawings intended for a batch print must be copied into the same directory.

After making a selection of drawings, the Print /View Configuration /Settings dialogue will appear.

Select the settings desired for the batch of drawings and then press OK to print the drawings.

Note: It is a good strategy to Print Preview your drawings, before printing, to ensure your print settings are suitable.
