The default field structure for the terminals IMAGE file, <Project>$TERM.dbf, is as follows:

| BLOCK | 25 | The partial name of the block representing the component. |
| HANDLE | 20 | The AutoCAD handle for the symbol. |
| MFG | 5 | The manufacturer code. |
| CATNO | 50 | The part number. |
| CATDESC | 59 | Text description. |
| TBLOCK | 35 | The name of the component. |
| TAGSUFX | 35 | Suffix to attach to the TBLOCK in reports. |
| TERMPRFX | 35 | Prefix to attach to the terminal number in reports. |
| T1 | 25 | Number given to this terminal. |
| T2 | 25 | Secondary number given to this terminal. |
| WIRES | 128 | Wires attached to this terminal. For sorting purposes only, cannot be modified. |
| CABLES | 128 | Cable cores (conductors) attached to this terminal. Shows both cable and core (conductor) name. For sorting purposes only, cannot be modified. |
| SIDE1COND | 128 | Wires and cable cores (conductors) attached to side 1 of this terminal. Shows both cable and core (conductor) name. For sorting purposes only, cannot be modified. |
| SIDE2COND | 128 | Wires and cable cores (conductors) attached to side 2 of this terminal. Shows both cable and core (conductor) name. For sorting purposes only, cannot be modified. |
| CONDUCTORS | 128 | Wires and cable cores (conductors) attached to this terminal. Does not show cable name. For sorting purposes only, cannot be modified. |
| REFERENCE | 59 | The cross-reference for the component. |
| PNLNO | 35 | The name of the panel the terminal is mounted in. |
| RSTATUS | 64 | Report status - keywords that control the reporting for the component. |
| X | 10 | X co-ordinate of the symbol insertion point. |
| Y | 10 | Y co-ordinate of the symbol insertion point. |
| STATUS | 59 | Custom field. The current status of the component. Can contain FIXED, MIXED, FLUID. |
| EE_USER1 to EE_USER7 | 40 | User configurable fields to contain any additional user-defined data. |
